Terms and conditions (short version)

1. Our licenses are initially entered into for one year and are non-cancelable in the interim. After the first year, licenses are automatically renewed monthly.
2. Starting from the second license year, licenses are terminable monthly with a notice period of one month. Terminations must be submitted in writing (may also be by e-mail) and will always be confirmed by Ad Hoc Data by e-mail, stating the end date of your license.

1. Our data can be used for a variety of purposes, including marketing and sales promotions, enrichments, analytics and more.
2. For the data you purchase from us, you will receive a usage license for the duration of the agreement. You may not publish the data in such a way that it can be obtained by third parties for free or for a fee.
3. You are independently responsible for the correct use of our data, in accordance with European or Dutch law (e.g. telecom rules and GDPR). We bear no responsibility and are therefore not liable for any unlawful activities.
4. You are not permitted to associate our name with your activities except in connection with obligations contained in the GDPR.
5. We mutually cooperate to enforce privacy/data-processing laws. We provide ‘deduplication lists’ with removals in a pseudonymized manner. Apply this deduplication systematically to all selection files you use.

1. Payment for the first year is made in advance and all at once. Beginning with the second year, your license will be automatically collected monthly.
2. In case of payment by invoice, a payment term of 14 days applies.
3. Payment is on a flat-rate basis, regardless of the number of addresses you have downloaded or the results of your campaigns.

1. Cancellations can only be submitted in writing (may also be e-mailed) and will always be confirmed by Ad Hoc Data by e-mail, stating the end date of your license.
2. Upon termination, the data may be used for a maximum of 90 days after termination of the license. Even after expiration, all applicable conditions must be respected.
