This anti-spam policy applies to all electronic communications sent on behalf of Ad Hoc Data. It covers emails sent by employees, systems, or authorized partners, as well as marketing and promotional messages to customers and users.

• An email message sent to a recipient who previously subscribed to newsletters, product information, or other bulk emails, but later unsubscribed and indicated that they do not wish to receive further communications.
• An email message sent in bulk without a legitimate business reason or without the content being relevant to the recipient.
• An email message that is not in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the Telecommunications Act.

Policy and consent

Before prospects or customers of Ad Hoc Data can receive advertisements or promotions, they must have consented to receiving such messages. Every recipient may at any time request to be removed from our list, and we will honor such requests. Furthermore, we will thoroughly investigate all complaints from recipients regarding unsolicited messages. Every commercial email sent by Ad Hoc Data contains a clear and simple unsubscribe option. Recipients can unsubscribe via a visible unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly. Unsubscribes are processed within a maximum of five working days and are final, unless a recipient later opts in again.

Partners and affiliates

Any partners, resellers, or affiliates communicating on behalf of Ad Hoc Data must strictly adhere to this anti-spam policy. Emails may only be sent to recipients who have explicitly consented to receiving communications. Violations may result in termination of the partnership or legal action.

Complaints
