CompanySpotter collects personal data mainly from Connections through the contact forms of CompanySpotter's websites, through cookies on CompanySpotter's websites and CompanySpotter's customer database.

This includes the information necessary to perform the actions related to newsletter subscriptions, content downloads, event and webinar registrations, informing Connections and marketing purposes. The data that CompanySpotter collects from the Connection may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA").
